OpenArc Systems to give fintech solution to CVC Finance

CVC Finance Limited and OpenArc Systems Management Private Limited reached new heights in their relationship by signing an MoU on 28th February to develop FinTech products for the digital transformation of CVC Finance Limited’s businesses. This technology partnership will allow both parties to develop and grow in this financial sector. OpenArc will develop and implement new financial technology solutions that would add to the competitive advantage of CVC Finance.  Along with the traditional products, it will focus on creating alternate delivery channels leveraging technology. OperArc Systems Management, based in Colombo Sri Lanka has 30 years of experience in developing software solutions for Banks, Leasing, and Finance Companies. It has focused on digital financial products and services and it is now expanding globally. Managing Director of CVC Finance Limited Syed Minhaj Ahmed signed the MoU with the Chairman and CEO of OpernArc Mr. Daya Hettiarachchi who was present virtually. Mr. Ziaul Islam signed on behalf of OpenArc. Mr. Shah Wareef Hossain, Deputy managing director, Mr. Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Head of IT, Mr. Faisal Amin, Head of Operations, and other officials from both parties were present. Mr. Minhaj said, “CVC Finance is focused on providing our customers with the best tech-enabled products. This partnership will enable us to create value addition to our customers”.
